Our Corporate Events Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Events Coordinator to execute various Rollins events and meetings. They will provide corporate-level services and administrative support that protect and maintain the integrity of Rollins events while improving upon their quality and impact.

The areas of responsibility for this position include Event, Project, Data, and Vendor management. This position will interact with teammates at all levels of the organization and will work closely with the Sr. Events Coordinator to support teammates' customers from across the organization.

LOCATION: Must reside within the greater Atlanta, GA metro area and be willing to commute to our Corporate HQ in the Buckhead/Midtown area Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

You Will . . .

  • Help promote and maintain a strong team culture in keeping with Rollins' Core Values of Continuous Improvement, Do the Right Thing, Collaboration, Service, and Accountability
  • Provide logistical support to ensure that every meeting/event detail is planned in a practical and useful manner for event attendees
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to execute event details
  • Develop, maintain, and update various reports following established formats and procedures
  • Create and maintain both physical and digital filing systems that are easily searchable and accessible
  • Clean, organize, and format collected data for analysis and reporting, and identify and address any inconsistencies, errors, or missing data points
  • Update and maintain event playbooks
  • Assist with writing and editing speeches for executives and other speakers, ensuring clarity, persuasiveness, and alignment with other company goals
  • Assist with Continuous Improvement by identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for innovation, as well as helping to benchmark existing processes against industry standards and best practices
  • Organize and manage small groups of event volunteers
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):

  • Minimum 3+ years of work experience in a similar role, including experience with report and data management
  • Must be able to travel and work nights and weekends for events as necessary
  • Must possess strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to work independently and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite products, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred qualification(s), if applicable

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to use Smartsheet and project management programs
  • Production experience

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

  • We require the ability to pass a drug screen and background checks. Candidates must have the ability to perform the requirements of the job with or without accommodations.
  • This opportunity is an onsite role to optimize relationship building, collaboration, and visibility for the function
  • Occasional travel and evening or weekend work may be required to support events as needed.
  • We require commuting to our primary campus located at 2170 Piedmont Rd., Atlanta, GA 30328, Monday-Friday
