Hiring Inventory Specialist in Everett, WA

This is a dynamic full-time warehouse position that requires continuous activity throughout the day. The role involves a combination of physical material handling and computer system usage. Candidates should be prepared to spend approximately 80% of their time engaged in warehouse duties and 20% on computer-based tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform active warehouse duties including material handling and movement. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand carts. Use computer systems, including SAP, ERP, and Excel, to record material transactions. Manage physical and virtual material movements between sites. Document process issues and maintain accurate records. Follow and maintain safety and quality standards. Support team training initiatives. Contribute to operational improvements.

Essential Skills

Must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to work flexible shifts, including possible weekend days. Fluency in English for safety and communication requirements. Physical ability to perform all essential functions listed above. Reliable transportation to the work site.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Forklift certification. Previous warehouse experience. Experience with SAP or similar inventory systems. Proficiency in Excel for tasks such as sum functions, hash marks, applying filters, formatting, and calculations.

Work Environment

This position is based in a warehouse setting where employees will be on their feet for up to 10 hours per shift. Physical tasks such as lifting, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, climbing, and stooping are required. The work schedule includes various shifts, predominantly back half days and nights, with some openings on other shifts. The facility maintains a clean environment for product handling, without accommodating service or emotional support animals.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $29.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
