Registered Nurse, Lead

The Registered Nurse Lead plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality client care while mentoring a team of registered nurses. This position requires a dynamic and experienced RN who can assist in the coordination of clinical operations, adherence to healthcare regulations, and foster a collaborative environment.

Essential Job Functions

• Ensure that clients receive the highest standard of care by monitoring and evaluating client treatment plans, and coordinating with healthcare professionals
• Assists with psychological reviews; schedules client appointments with health care providers and dentists. Attends all neurology / specialty appointments, as needed
• Contacts parents or legal guardians to discuss client medical issues, status of health conditions and treatments received
• Maintain accurate client records, including assessments, care plans, and progress notes, ensuring that documentation meets legal and professional standard
• Provides hepatitis B or flu vaccines and PPD testing to Grafton staff

$51.17 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
