Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Associate to support and grow our sales presence within the Virginia, Delaware, and Maryland area. This individual will implement sales strategies, build dealer and contractor relationships, and represent MAX at job sites, events, and trade shows. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to territory development.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Visit jobsites to demonstrate MAX products directly to contractors with distributor involvement.
• Seek out new distributor partners as needed within the territory.
• Implement MAX sales programs and promotions including RBU program.
• Attend and support trade shows, industry events, and distributor open houses.
• Cover other territories on an as-needed basis.
