State Licensed Associate General Counsel

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel to provide legal support for business operations and negotiate complex commercial agreements.

Key Responsibilities

Advise internal stakeholders on legal and corporate matters, including employment and regulatory compliance

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to evaluate and mitigate legal risks

Draft, interpret, and negotiate commercial agreements and assist with intellectual property management

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited institution and membership in at least one State bar

5-8 years of legal experience, preferably with 2-3 years in an in-house counsel role

Experience in regulated industries or government contracting is preferred

Strong expertise in contract negotiation and interpretation

Proficiency in employment law matters and IP management
