DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION
As the Corporate HR Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the people functions of Home Office staff and have oversight of a group of hotels with direction and counsel on human resources policies and procedures. The Corporate HR Manager is a key member of the leadership team, supports the growth and success of the brand, and is responsible for general HR oversight and Corporate HR supporting all of our hotels, The Corporate HR Manager, North America will provide HR guidance for all hotels in the company’s portfolio, motivating all employees to carry out the mission and core values of Millennium Hotels and Resorts. This individual will provide strategic human resources leadership while working to drive the company to success with outstanding financial performance and satisfied guests, employees, and owners / investors.
- Responsible for Onboarding and Offboarding of corporate associates. Identify opportunities and implement processes to improve the experience of the team.
- Provide coaching support to corporate office department managers and host targeted training sessions for ongoing development.
- Support the efforts of the MHR Culture Committee to ensure the office offers a supportive and welcoming environment to all associates.
- Responsible for supporting the Human Resources functions of a select group of hotels as assigned, providing guidance to managers, ensuring compliance and engagement.
- Ensure compliance implementation across the portfolio in conjunction with the senior leadership team.
- Roll out training and implement systems deployment as budgeted.
- Support WC administration, unemployment inquiries, leave of absence administration and maintenance of general organizational platforms.
- Filing and maintenance of employment files for hotel General Managers and corporate associates.
- Support employee relations functions, through connection calls with associates and various investigations, providing proper resolution. He / she will contribute a high level of HR generalist knowledge with a specialization in Associate Relations, working with considerable independence to ensure Work Environment programs and processes are effectively implemented.
- The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar discipline, as well as minimum 5 years; progressive Human Resources leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in all Human Resources functional areas within a fast-paced environment and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The salary range is $110k+ and based on experience, and the position offers various benefits. This position will workout of our corporate Denver office location.
