Chief Of Staff, Head Of Us Commercial Excellence
The Chief Of Staff, Head Commercial Excellence will be a critical leadership role within the full US Commercial organization responsible for proactively enabling Commercial strategy, enhancing alignment and execution, and driving operational excellence.
The role requires a strategic mindset, as well as an ability to manage complex details and drive actions across a variety of areas. The ideal incumbent is a highly motivated and highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills and judgment. You will be a trusted advisor, confidante, and problem-solver, bringing your expertise and resourcefulness to every challenge.
Responsibilities include :
- Responsible for leading key initiatives across all Business Units of US, and is an important cross-functional business partner to Medical, Legal, Regulatory, HR, and IT.
- Provides program management strategic and operational improvements and efficiencies in support of the US success across commercial.
- Develop and manage a process for measuring and reporting progress on high-priority initiatives and programs across the Leadership Team.
- Creates process, coordinates, and tracks cross functional planning for USLT.
- Collaborate with US Leadership Team to lead a consistent framework for planning process and corporate updates, including Investor Relations.
- Well-versed in compliance, regulatory, and legal policies for reimbursement, product coverage across channels and payers, and HCP engagements.
Your experience and qualifications :
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferredMinimum of 15 years of Biotech / Pharma experienceBreadth of experience across multiple Commercial functions (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Operations & Analytics, Patient Services, Market Access)Previous people management experienceSkills / knowledge / abilities :

The annual starting salary for this position is between $236,000 295,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
