Job descriptionVerifiable BA or BS degree of any major; or a Culinary Associates : REQUIRED 1-2 years of restaurant experience with supervisory exposure : preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of food safety and customer service Must be of legal age for alcohol service Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Previous leadership role in a restaurant setting - Lead Server, Supervisor, Assistant Manager Experience in high volume elevated dining room operations Familiarity with diverse cuisine styles Strong problem-solving and team-building skills Knowledge of scheduling and staff performance evaluation Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
