About The Role We are seeking motivated, energetic, and customer-centric individuals with a passion for technology to join our Technical Support Team . In this role, you'll be at the frontline of supporting both new and existing Eway and Ezidebit customers, handling a wide range of technical and service-related inquiries. You'll play a key role in troubleshooting issues, guiding customers through solutions, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey with us.
Working in a small, collaborative team within an open-plan office, you'll combine customer service excellence with technical problem-solving, helping to build long-term customer loyalty.

SALARY The salary range for this role is $67,000 - $70,000 + superannuation.
