As the primary escalation point for tracking-related issues and changes, you'll lead a team with a strong focus on accountability, accuracy, and adaptability.

Requirements :

• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate high-performing teams
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Expertise in Macropoint or similar tracking tools
• Skilled in workload management and process consistency
• Experience collaborating across teams to enhance carrier performance
• Ability to analyze data, monitor compliance, and manage escalations effectively
• High attention to detail and a commitment to operational accuracy
• Promote resilience and adaptability in a dynamic logistics environment
