Material Handler

At OnScent, we are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support our production operations at our Norwood, New Jersey facility. This is an hourly position working 6 : 00 a.m. to 2 : 30 p.m. , ideal for someone who enjoys active, hands-on work in a collaborative environment.

Our Material Handlers play a key role in ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of fragrance raw materials, supplies, and finished products throughout the facility. This position helps keep our production process running smoothly and supports the timely delivery of high-quality fragrance products.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Use scanner / tablet systems to receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials such as fragrance ingredients, packaging, and supplies for quality and accuracy.
• Safely and efficiently transfer fragrance raw materials from totes, barrels, and drums into dispensing equipment for use by Compounders.
• Transport materials between production areas, warehouses, and storage locations using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure materials and supplies are delivered where needed to support ongoing operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
