Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Post-Acute Care (Part-Time) - (45 minutes from Roswell, NM)

Opportunity Highlights

Part-time position (1 day / week preferred)
Flexible weekday schedule, daytime call only on coverage days
Work in a post-acute care inpatient setting

Who We re Looking For

FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA

New graduates or experienced providers welcome

Active New Mexico license

DEA preferred (not required)

Deliver comprehensive primary care

Manage acute and chronic conditions

Develop personalized care plans

Integrate and work closely with the IDT

Compensation & Benefits

Fee-for-service model with no cap on earnings
