Pyramid Consulting is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg / Telemetry for a nursing job in Hiram, Georgia.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in accordance with the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).

Monitor, interpret, and document telemetry readings; identify and escalate arrhythmias or changes in patient status.

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Educate patients and families on treatment plans, disease processes, and discharge instructions.

Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Precept and mentor new staff or nursing students as needed.

Qualifications

Current RN license in Georgia (or compact state eligibility).

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred, ADN accepted with commitment to pursue BSN).

BLS certification required; ACLS strongly preferred.

1+ year of RN experience preferred (new grads considered for select roles).

Strong clinical skills with ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
