In this role, you will :
- Provide essential clinical and substance abuse services.
- Conduct assessments and facilitate individual, group, and family therapy.
- Develop and review personalized service plans throughout treatment.
- Deliver mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
- Ensure accurate documentation in compliance with federal and state regulations.

CASSAC, CASAC-T, LMSW, or LMHC required.2-3 years of experience in behavioral health or substance abuse treatment.Experience in an OASAS-funded facility is a plus.Bilingual in Spanish and English.Strong action-oriented and adaptable approach to program planning.Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups.At Outreach, where your passion meets impact, your career aspirations can flourish.
