Construction Project Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Superintendent to oversee and manage commercial waterproofing projects. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and organize crews with the field team.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to efficiently meet project goals.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to job sites.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle, conducting regular inspections and quality checks.

Job Type & Location

This is a contract position based out of Lorton, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85000.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
