Corporate Labor Representative
The Role : As a Corporate Labor Representative, the selected candidate will play a key role in shaping labor strategies that promote strong, positive employee relations while aligning with business objectives. This role supports Corporate Labor Relations initiatives related to staffing, employee movement, and workforce optimization. The candidate will analyze workforce trends and data to offer strategic recommendations that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaboration is essential, as the role partners closely with HR, operations, and leadership teams to ensure alignment with labor agreements and organizational workforce goals. Additionally, the candidate will deepen their understanding of the GM-UAW labor environment, applying insights to address challenges and support informed decision-making. Participation in employee placement subcommittee planning and the 2028 National Bargaining cycle is also a key component of this role.
