We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your primary goal will be to deliver a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Answer inbound calls from customers promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests in a courteous manner.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and promotions.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • The pay range for this role is :

    28 - 32 USD per hour(Remote (Goldsboro, North Carolina, US))
