Do you have a heart for helping others? We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our growing team and provide high-quality, in-home support for seniors and individuals with chronic conditions.

As a caregiver, you’ll help clients maintain their independence by assisting with daily living activities in the comfort of their own homes. You’ll follow individualized care plans and offer services such as companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing).

What We’re Looking For

Experience :

At least 1,000 hours of experience caring for seniors or chronically ill individuals (around 6 months full-time or 12 months part-time) preferred.

Newly licensed CNAs or HHAs are encouraged to apply.

No certification required for companionship / housekeeping-only roles.

Certifications :

CNA or HHA certification preferred but not required.

Health & Safety :

Proof of current TB testing

Ability to safely transfer and assist clients

Familiarity with infection control procedures

Transportation :

Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance (required for transporting clients)

Background Check :

Must pass national and state-required criminal background screenings

Communication Skills :

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support clients and coordinate with team members

Key Responsibilities

Follow Care Plans : Deliver services according to customized client care plans

Provide Support : Assist with personal care, meals, housekeeping, and transportation

Stay Observant : Report changes in client condition to the Care Manager

Ensure Safety : Comply with infection control guidelines and safety protocols

Track Time & Tasks : Accurately document visits and services using ClearCare Telephony system

Professional Conduct : Maintain a neat appearance and follow all company policies and procedures

Physical Requirements

Ability to assist with transfers and repositioning using proper techniques / equipment
