• Set up and break down branded displays like a seasoned pro who’s wrestled with more than one rogue banner stand.
• Share clear, engaging info about Verizon FiOS services and qualify leads without needing a decoder ring.
• Guide new customers through enrollment while keeping your cool, your tablet charged, and your eye-rolls internal.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to hit event goals and keep the energy high, even when the playlist loops for the third time.
• Maintain a professional presence while navigating unpredictable public interactions — yes, even when someone asks if FiOS works better during a thunderstorm.
