FP&A Manager

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to join their team remotely in the US.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads

Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting business performance and analyzing investments

Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior leadership, highlighting key trends and business drivers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus

5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with proven team management experience

Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills

Strong proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
