Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion, and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.\nHow you'll contribute\nA Clinical Educator who excels in this role : \nCollaborates with nurse managers and staff to assess the learning needs and competencies of staff.\nHelps to develop programs identified through the Quality Improvement Process and educational needs assessment.\nDesigns, delivers, and assesses learning activities and curriculums related to clinical competencies, departmental / organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and the use of clinical information technologies.\nServes as a consultant / mentor for staff in areas of program development, clinical practice, and professional development.\nMonitors in-service and continuing education records of staff members.\nCoordinates in-service educational offerings and skill days or fairs.\nCoordinates educational updates for "new" products and equipment used in the delivery of patient care.\nTeaches BLS and other classes within scope of competency.\nWhy join us\nWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. Ongoing learning and career advancement opportunities.\nWhat we're looking for\nThe right person will be responsible for developing in-services and continuing education for nursing and auxiliary staff of the organization.\nApplicants should have a current state RN. Additional requirements include :

Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.\nBachelors required.\nMasters preferred.\nBasic Life Support certification is required.\nMinimum of two years experience in professional nursing in which leadership ability has been demonstrated.
