Service Contract Associate

A company is looking for a Service Contract Associate to join their Vehicle Service Contract team.

Key Responsibilities

Field incoming calls regarding low exposure, low complexity mechanical breakdown claims

Determine applicable contractual coverage and negotiate repair solutions

Ensure timely resolution of claims through proactive communication and customer service

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent with 2+ years of automotive repair experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 1+ year of experience, or completion of an approved apprenticeship program with an Associate Degree and 1+ year of experience

Customer service experience

Experience with Microsoft Office
