Salary : $13-15 Per Hour
Burn Boot Camp Rochester North is looking for a caring and compassionate Child Care Team Member who has experience caring for children ages eight weeks to twelve years old. We are committed to providing top quality care and a welcoming environment that reflects the Burn commitment to community. Our goal is to enhance the lives of every child that attends our facility and ensure a safe, engaging, and clean environment.
Duties :
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in a 45 minute daycare style setting.
- Implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs to promote childhood development.
- Supervise children during playtime
- Provide basic caregiving tasks such as games, crafts, and play.
- Manage children's behavior and promote positive social interactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized play area.
Qualifications
Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or related fieldKnowledge of childhood development stages and appropriate caregiving techniquesStrong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members.Certification in CPR and First Aid preferredExperience working with children in a daycare or a preschool setting is a plusBenefits :
