Join a mission-driven construction and development team focused on revitalizing communities through affordable housing and mixed-use projects. We're seeking an Estimator to support preconstruction efforts across a diverse portfolio of multifamily, historic renovation, and urban infill developments.

What You'll Do :

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for new construction and renovation projects
• Analyze plans, specs, and subcontractor bids
• Collaborate with project managers and development teams to align scope and pricing
