About The Position

📍  Upstate New York | 💰 $250K–$260K Base + Bonuses | 🕐 Full-Time, Outpatient

We’re seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Med-Peds Physician committed to delivering comprehensive, whole-person care to patients across the lifespan—from pediatrics to geriatrics.

🔍 Position Highlights

Provide full-spectrum primary care in an outpatient setting

Care for pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

Manage chronic diseases, acute care, preventive care , and lifestyle counseling

Collaborate with an experienced Advanced Practice Provider

Enjoy light call coverage with RN triage support

Optional : Teach 1st-year med students or precept NP / PA students

Optional : Engage in hospital medicine, administrative , or leadership roles

Flexible scheduling available, with preference for full-time candidates

💵 Compensation & Bonuses

Competitive base salary : $250,000–$260,000 , commensurate with experience

Day 1 productivity incentives available

$75,000 sign-on bonus

$25,000 retention bonus at start of year 2

✅ Requirements

Board Certified in Family Medicine or Dual Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics

If Board Eligible : Must be within 5 years of eligibility; expected to certify within 3 years

Active NY Medical License or willingness to obtain

Minimum 1 year of outpatient primary care experience

No candidates within 30 miles of the practice location (local candidates not accepted)

Credentialing fees not reimbursed
