1 st SHIFT PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a 1 st Shift Production Associate for a company based in Clanton, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to find a position that offers valuable skills and growth within a fast-paced and innovative seat manufacturing organization.

Pay Rate

$15.50 per hour

Schedule and Hours

5 00 am to 5 00 pm.

Weekends likely

1 st Shift Production Associate Duties and Responsibilities

Completing the assembly of automotive seating components
Conducting quality inspections and reporting and defects
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Demonstrate adaptability across various roles and departments
Closely follow safety regulations and guidelines at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and securing loads properly.

1 st Shift Production Associate Qualifications and Requirements

Must be detail-oriented with good organizational skills

Ability to understand and follow safety protocols and operating instructions to prevent accidents and injuries.

Physical strength and stamina to lift and move metal seating safely and efficiently.
