Key Responsibilities
Manage paid search and emerging channels to optimize CPA and identify growth opportunities
Oversee an 8-digit paid marketing budget and measure effectiveness against business KPIs
Lead and develop a high-performing team while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in paid digital advertising, with at least 4 years in SEM and 3 years in app marketing
4-6 years of people management experience with strong leadership skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel and knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred
Ability to analyze trends and turn insights into actionable strategies
