Job description

Program / Project Manager

At Sand Cherry Associates, we excel in the design and delivery of strategic customer-centric initiatives through digitally native, data-empowered solutions. Our client's confidence in us is centered on exceptionally skilled, high-energy talent working with the support of the full Sand Cherry team. Finding the right match for this role is a critical aspect of continuing that success.

We are seeking an experienced Program / Project Manager to lead a large-scale broadband network infrastructure deployment. This role will coordinate procurement, supply chain, engineering, and field operations teams to ensure disciplined execution and successful delivery. The Project Manager will be hands-on in developing and maintaining project documentation, standardizing processes, and driving reporting and accountability across workstreams.

This is a communications network infrastructure role (not IT), requiring prior experience in broadband, cable, or related network programs. Experience with large-scale equipment (such as network routers, optical shelves and cards) or CPE replacement initiatives is highly desirable. The position is remote, primarily aligned with MST hours, with flexibility to support meetings across all U.S. time zones. All qualified candidates MUST be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship. Please note that we do not work C2C.

Planning & Delivery

  • Own the integrated project plan and ensure cross-functional alignment to business goals.
  • Establish scalable, repeatable processes to manage high-volume equipment replacement activities.
  • Coordinate workflow across engineering, supply chain, and field operations teams including within Hubs and colocation facilities

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead project meetings, set expectations, and hold teams accountable for commitments.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through metrics, feedback, and collaboration.
  • Reporting & Risk Management

  • Provide clear, data-driven progress reporting and dashboards for executive visibility.
  • Identify risks and dependencies, establish escalation paths, and drive timely resolution.
  • Integrate governance, compliance, and quality assurance into all deliverables.
