The role of Internal Audit Manager provides independent assurance and advisory services focused on evaluating and enhancing financial governance, risk management, and internal controls within the organization. The main objective is to ensure compliance with policy requirements through rigorous review testing and recommendation of improvements to internal controls, safeguarding organizational assets and promoting operational efficiency. This role reports to the Head of Internal Audit and collaborates closely cross-functionally with managers and employees throughout the organization. Externally, this role will interact with external auditors and third-party service providers. This is a hybrid role that requires the incumbent to live within sixty miles of the Battle Creek, Michigan Headquarter Office.

Compensation Insights : Salary Range : $110,320.00 - $144,795.00 Salary pay ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, the successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, relevant education or training, and local market conditions.
