Wet Utility Foreman

Aerotek's client is looking for a Wet Utility Foreman to join their team in the Timonium, MD area. The successful candidate will lead and supervise crews on-site, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This role involves overseeing various technical operations, including excavation, trenching, and pipe installation, while maintaining quality and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise on-site crews, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Oversee excavation, trenching, pipe installation (water, sewer, storm), grading, compaction, and backfilling.
• Operate and ensure maintenance of heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, dozers, and skid-steers.
• Ensure strict adherence to OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and other applicable standards.
• Monitor work for quality, ensuring it meets project specifications.
• Communicate effectively with customers, inspectors, subcontractors, and management.
• Track production, complete daily logs for labor and materials, take progress photos, and manage time entry.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to crew members.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $66.00 - $70.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
