Shift Production Supervisor

Join a leading North Shore company as a 2

nd

shift production supervisor, managing assembly technicians involved in the production of capital equipment and systems, including electronic, mechanical, electro-mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and subsystems.

This role will start as an assistant manager / supervisor within the Final Assembly group, overseeing the preparation and coordination of global shipments of capital equipment. Essential duties include :

• Prioritizing production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and materials.
• Participating in operational meetings.
• Supporting the development and tracking of organizational performance metrics.
