Starting pay for a licensed therapist (LCPC or LCSW) is $70,000 annually.

About the position :
This position involves providing clinical services to children and families involved with the foster care system and their foster families. This also includes coordinating services and communicating effectively with other treatment team members within Children's Home and external individuals and agencies. This position requires the flexibility to address issues as they arise and assist in emergencies or staff shortages, as well as the ability to complete the regular requirements and schedule.
Job Function :
Provides direct clinical treatment to assigned youth, parents, and foster parents, including assessment, treatment plan development and implementation and thorough documentation of services. Provides individual, family and group counseling, as well as crisis management services in order to increase stability and personal functioning. Consults with treatment team members, as well as other involved parties, in order to plan, provide and monitor effective treatment.
