This position is designed for individuals who completed the PNC PartnerUp Program only

Job Description

• Participates as an associate in the Early Career Transition Program. Includes orienting to PNC culture, rotating through multiple areas of the organization, contributing to project work as assigned, and developing professional skills.
• Performs or assists the core activities of the group by applying knowledge learned to drive business results (e.g. sales, process support, internal or external customer interaction, or supporting internal projects). Works under supervision and may have limited approval and/or exception authority.
• Participates in social learning within the organization (e.g. identifies and networks with business representatives and peers, participates in mentoring, and job shadowing).
• Participates in formal learning (e.g. classroom, web-based, or virtual) and completes related activities and projects.
• Supports the internal and external customer experience by providing excellent service at all times; takes accountability and ensures problem resolution.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically do not require a university / college degree, high school diploma, GED or any significant experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Prior experience is not required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
