Description: Riverside company seeking an experience Production Administration Manager to support the Production Manager by directing and managing, through subordinate personnel, administrative support activities required to complete multiple projects. This employee will plan the production scheduling, plan staffing, oversee inventory moves nationwide, accept incoming units and oversee the preparation of necessary work orders, create and maintain specialized reports, gathers, analyzes, summarizes and/or reviews data needed for costing reports, monitors the workflow of the production work order by making sure inventory quantities, supplies, and materials are available to start and continue each project; communicates effectively with production supervisors to determine the status of assigned work order or tasks, ensures Bill of Material is issued and allocated for each project, oversees the making travel arrangements for all off-site personnel working at customer facilities, assists in preparation of bids and proposals, coordinates warranty parts replacements with customers and vendors, supervises subordinate personnel including hiring, determining workload, delegating assignments, training, monitoring, and evaluating performance, and initiating corrective or disciplinary actions. Additional cross-functional duties as assigned
Position Requires: 3+ years in a production scheduling or materials environment, Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Strong supervisory skills. High School Diploma required; AA degree preferred.
