Current, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a CRNA in any U.S. state or territory. Current certification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) BLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA) NPI A minimum of one (1) year direct patient care experience within the last three (3) years.
