Floral Warehouse Arranger

Looking for individuals with for warehouse in Vista, CA.

Job Responsibilities:

Assemble floral bouquets based on visual examples and flower "recipes"
Maintain speed and consistency in a high-production environment
Handle flowers carefully to avoid damage
Work standing in a refrigerated environment
Keep the work area clean and organized
Follow all safety and hygiene protocols

Requirements:

Experience in floral arranging
Comfort working in cold environments
Ability to stand for 8+ hours and perform repetitive tasks
Attention to detail and a positive attitude toward teamwork
Punctuality and responsibility
