Records Information Management Analyst – Level 2 Department :

  • CBP Contract Location : Ashburn, VA Job Type : Full-time Reports To : Program Manager Compensation : $65,000 – $85,000 Company Overview :   AITHERAS, LLC is a customer-focused IT consulting firm delivering cost-effective, mission-critical solutions since 2002.

    • Job Summary :

  • Position contingent upon successful award.
  • Supports RIM projects with research, documentation, analytical tasks, project coordination, stakeholder communication, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct interviews and perform records inventory Develop data sheets and records descriptions Generate reports and assist in creating records schedules Support legal research and training initiatives Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 2 years of experience (minimum of 1 year required) Preferred Qualifications : Experience with records management software Strong analytical and documentation skills Familiarity with legal research and regulatory compliance Benefits : Health insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision), PTO, sick leave, 401(k) matching, and more.
