Job description2015 certified, an SBA-designated Small Business, and an MBE-certified firm by MDOT. Position contingent upon successful award. Supports RIM projects with research, documentation, analytical tasks, project coordination, stakeholder communication, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Conduct interviews and perform records inventory Develop data sheets and records descriptions Generate reports and assist in creating records schedules Support legal research and training initiatives Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 2 years of experience (minimum of 1 year required) Preferred Qualifications : Experience with records management software Strong analytical and documentation skills Familiarity with legal research and regulatory compliance Benefits : Health insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision), PTO, sick leave, 401(k) matching, and more.
