Escrow Processor

Location : Roseville, CA 95661 & Modesto, CA 95350, Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM5 : 00 PM PST Pay : $28-30 / hr

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-closing preparation and post-closing tasks
• Handle money transfers, closing documentation, and customer communications
• Review contracts and assemble necessary documents for closing
• Submit post-closing documents to lenders for funding approval
• Ensure all parties receive final settlement statements
• Coordinate information collection to finalize property sales

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
