A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer, EMEA.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle escalated customer issues, providing technical support and working towards issue resolution
Collaborate with Engineering teams to analyze product behavior and identify issues
Assist in developing and maintaining services, including custom solutions and automation scripts
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in technical support, software development, or related role
Proficiency in Python programming and Linux administration
Experience with relational and graph databases, specifically Postgres and Neo4J
Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies like Docker
