Overview
At NorthBay Health, the Creative Services Manager leads the creative services team, managing both internal and external talent to deliver compelling visual and written content for internal, external and philanthropic audiences. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Brand, this role supervises the design team and oversees freelance / contract resources including writers, copyeditors, designers, photographers, and videographers. The Manager is responsible for ensuring brand integrity, balancing workloads, and aligning creative execution with marketing strategy. While design execution is a part of this role, this position is focused on leadership, workflow management, and quality assurance across all creative output, along with strategic creative direction for campaigns and brand. This position exercises discretion and independent judgment; and holds responsibility for executing strategic initiatives that impact the business.

Compensation : $135k to $145k annually based on years of experience doing the duties of the role. Annual bonus eligible.
