Loan Collections Representative

Staffmark is currently seeking a Loan Collections Representative to join our client's team in Abilene. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for yo u!

Pay : $18.00 - $19.00 / hour (based on experience)

Schedule : 1st Shift | Full-time | On-site | Monday - Friday (exact hours may vary)

In this role, you will conduct high-volume outbound calls to borrowers, handling each interaction with professionalism and care. You'll work to recover past-due accounts while maintaining a strong customer service approach.

Responsibilities :

• Contact borrowers via phone, email, and mail regarding delinquent accounts
• Negotiate payment arrangements in line with company policies
• Accurately update account information and document collection activity
• Provide excellent service while complying with all banking regulations
• Work with internal departments to resolve disputes and escalate delinquent accounts when needed
• Handle sensitive financial information with discretion and professionalism
