Allegiance Staffing is currently seeking :

Position : Warehouse Associate

Shift : M-F 8am-4 : 30pm

Pay : $13

Location : Goldsboro, NC

The Warehouse Sorter and Floater is responsible for sorting, organizing, and moving materials or packages throughout the warehouse. This position “floats” between departments to provide support where needed, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient operations across all areas.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

• Sort, scan, and label incoming and outgoing packages or materials accurately.
• Move products between departments or storage areas using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified).
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and staging materials for shipment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure items are correctly labeled, undamaged, and meet company standards.
• Replenish stock and maintain organized inventory in designated areas.
• Support multiple warehouse functions (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, etc.) as assigned.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Perform other related duties or fill in for absent team members as needed.
