What Youll Do

  • Perform inspections, repairs, and startups on commercial / industrial HVAC systems.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues quickly and accurately.
  • Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and wiring when required.
  • Deliver detailed service reports and maintain clear communication with clients.
  • Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency improvements.
  • Supervise HVAC maintenance techs to ensure proper maintenance, documentation processes are followed.
  • Maintain a safe, clean work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service as needed.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on HVAC technician experience.
  • EPA Certification
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional communication and customer service approach.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean record.
  • Technical school training / manufacturer training & certifications a plus
