The position is Growth Product Manager, reporting to the Director of Product Management. The location is US - Remote. Headquartered in Los Angeles, CA with an office in New York, NY, Birdy Grey supports remote work for eligible roles. We ask that all employees travel to either office once a quarter. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Birdy Grey is looking for a Growth Product Manager who is passionate about advocating for the customer, has excellent product instincts, and a passion for data, consumer insights, and experimentation. This Growth Product Manager will be focused on optimizing and evolving our DTC experience across multiple customer segments and user journeys. This is a highly cross-functional role and necessitates the ability to partner across Engineering, Product Design, Site Merchandising, Web Operations, Creative, Marketing, Data, Operations, Strategy, and Finance.
Scope of responsibilities include :
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to develop, plan, and execute against the growth product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Champion a test-and-learn culture.
- Own, drive, and monitor digital growth KPIs, using data-driven insights to validate, test, and iterate on opportunities to improve conversion, revenue, and marketing efficiency.
- Create detailed & well-scoped product requirements, identify dependencies, and align roadmaps.
- Manage inbound requests; prioritize the product backlog and experiment calendar.
- In partnership with engineering leadership, facilitate agile ceremonies and align on sprints.
- In partnership with product design & engineering, manage the quality assurance (QA) process for new features and experiments.
- Communicate progress, results, and learnings to key stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Manage relationships with relevant SaaS partners / vendors.

Bachelor's Degree Required3+ years of progressive experience in product management, ideally with a focus on growth, CRO, or experimentationProven track record of successfully delivering on product strategy in a high-growth environmentExperience using competitive analysis, market insights to make data-driven decisionsExperience collaborating and partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersStrong verbal and written communication skills; can patiently and effectively communicate with a diverse group of peers across time zonesStrong analytical skills (SQL, Excel, etc) and ability to glean, distill, and synthesize insights for business stakeholdersImpeccable organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to flourish in a rapidly growing company and fast paced environmentDesire to be part of a team and the capacity to operate autonomouslyNice to haves include :
