Job description

About the Role

Join our team in Westborough, MA and help turn detailed blueprints into fully assembled machines built to exacting standards. As a Machine Assembly Technician, you will work hands-on to bring precision equipment to life—verifying quality at every step and collaborating with teammates to solve problems quickly.

A Day in the Role

  • Start strong : Review technical drawings and specifications, gather components, and plan your build sequence.
  • Build with precision : Assemble machines according to detailed instructions and blueprints, ensuring each part fits and functions as intended.
  • Verify performance : Inspect and test completed assemblies for functionality and quality.
  • Problem-solve together : Partner with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise.
  • Work clean and safe : Keep your station organized to support safety and efficiency.
  • Document and improve : Record assembly steps and note discrepancies or suggestions for enhancement.

What You Bring

  • Hands-on experience building and assembling machines.
  • Confidence reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail with a practical problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to contribute independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a technical certification is a plus.
