The base salary range for new hires into this role is $60,000-$80,000 annually plus sales based commission
Brief Description
We are looking for a sales professional with experience in B2B event sales and SaaS. The Sales Executive is tasked with managing an existing client list and developing new clients. This role requires impeccable client-facing communication skills both in written materials and live interactions. A successful candidate will become a product expert with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This work relies heavily on both internal and external coordination between clients and the internal Support and Service teams. The role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities
Manage an existing account package to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and work with internal resources to develop further business opportunities.
Drive new business by owning the entire sales process including pipeline management, product demonstration, proposal creation and commercial negotiation.
Research and qualify leads, execute structured follow ups and manage lead progression through the funnel.
Collaborate with other internal team members to effectively deliver the full set of TWST Group solutions to existing and prospective clients.
Represent TWST at industry events, conferences and networking events.
Exceed established sales targets and manage sales pipeline using the CRM.
Keep client documentation and sales activity updated in CRM.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
4+ years of proven sales experience in technology / software or events.
Understanding and passion for new technology solutions.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communications, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
Ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a strong team player.
Experience with CRM software (Hubspot / Salesforce).
Experience with managing service contracts.
