We are currently seeking a Structural Engineer to lead and manage diverse structural engineering projects. The role involves overseeing the design and execution of commercial office buildings, multi-story residential developments, storage facilities, public sector buildings, and other similar construction types.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership : Manage and oversee the structural design of a wide range of building types utilizing concrete, steel, masonry, and wood for medium- and high-rise construction.
- Construction Administration : Supervise construction phase activities, including RFI responses, submittal reviews, and site visits as required.
- Technical Expertise : Provide advanced structural design knowledge and support for project design and peer review activities.
- Project Lifecycle Management : Oversee all project stagesfrom proposal and scope development through to construction completionensuring deliverables meet client goals and quality standards.
- Client Collaboration : Work directly with clients and multidisciplinary design teams to achieve project objectives on time and within scope.
- Global Team Coordination : Delegate tasks to international engineering and drafting teams, maintaining close collaboration to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
- Team Leadership : Collaborate with engineers across Florida offices to balance workloads and share expertise.
- Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth and professional development.
