Regional Medical Director - Clinical Trials Program

Kaiser Permanente Northern California is seeking a Regional Medical Director to lead its Clinical Trials Program.

This senior leadership role will provide strategic and scientific oversight of the Clinical Trials Program across Northern California, ensuring excellence in research, innovation, and patient care. The Regional Medical Director will also represent Kaiser Permanente Northern California at the national level, advancing the organization’s leadership in clinical trials.

In addition, this position will guide the Division of Research with vision and administrative leadership, partnering with executive leaders to plan, support, and execute initiatives that shape the future of clinical research at Kaiser Permanente.

Basic Qualifications :

Education :

• MD or DO required; board certification in a medical specialty.

Full-time annual salary range is $310,439.00 to $320,040.00. Final salary will be discussed during the interview process.
