Automotive Delivery Consultant Job Summary :

As a Delivery Consultant, you will be crucial in ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for guests who have just purchased vehicles. You will be responsible for guiding our guests through picking up their newly acquired vehicles, providing them with comprehensive assistance, and ensuring they leave satisfied with their purchase. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.

Automotive Delivery Consultant Responsibilities :

Guest Guidance :

Assist guests in navigating the vehicle pickup process, providing clear and detailed instructions on necessary documentation, payment procedures, and additional requirements.

Vehicle Familiarization :

Educate guests about the features, functionalities, and specifications of their newly purchased vehicles. Offer demonstrations and answer any questions to ensure guests feel confident and informed about their investments.

Quality Assurance :

Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before guest pickup to ensure they meet quality standards and are in pristine condition. Address any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.

Feedback Collection :

Solicit feedback from guests regarding their experience with the pickup process and overall satisfaction with the service provided. Use feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the delivery experience.

Team Collaboration :

Collaborate effectively with sales representatives, finance professionals, and other team members to ensure a coordinated and efficient delivery process. Communicate guest preferences and requirements to relevant stakeholders to facilitate smooth handovers.

Automotive Delivery Consultant Requirements :

Excellent Communication Skills :

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Fluency in Spanish is encouraged.

Customer Service Attitude :

A strong desire to provide exceptional customer service, even without prior experience in the automotive industry.

Automotive Enthusiasm :

Interest in learning about automotive terminology, features, and functionalities to better assist guests.

Problem-Solving Skills :

Ability to identify and address challenges proactively, finding creative solutions to meet guest's needs.

Organizational Skills :

Effective multitasking and prioritization abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Automotive Delivery Consultant Salary and Benefits :

The salary range for this position is $21 to $22 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
