Start date : 12 / 01 / 2025

Pay : $35 to $40 depending on experience

Job Summary :

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides high-quality nursing care to patients during night shifts in accordance with established policies, procedures, and scope of practice. The LVN assists in implementing patient care plans, administering medications, and supporting the healthcare team to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Job Requirements :

Rotating Schedule with every other weekend and some holidays Monday-Friday : 1130-2200 Saturday-Sunday : 0830-1900

Required Qualifications :

• CA LVN License
• BLS (AHA or ARC only)
• Flu vaccination (no exemptions / no declinations)
• 1 years of experience in Urgent Care / ER
• 2 years of outpatient experience
• Phlebotomy and IV certified
• Previous charge / lead experience
• Experience with CS Link / Epic

Preferred Qualifications :

Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, accurately documenting all care provided.

Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.

Assist in patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Maintain accurate and timely nursing records and reports.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.

Ensure compliance with all infection control, safety, and confidentiality policies.

Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies during night hours.

Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain licensure and competency.
